Weighed in today at 191. I feel this week coming up is the week I enter the 180's. Kinda excited about that because I truly feel I'll settle somewhere in the low 180's high 170's and hence getting into the 180's signals that I'm nearing my goal. I think today sometime I'll go looking for a body fat scale. I really want to start depending more on my body fat percentage than just my weight. After all 10% body fat should get me to a washboard ab look that I desire. And as I succeed in my weight lifting endeavor I suspect I will gain weight on the scale. So look for the body fat percentage to be a regular addition to this blog in the very near term. Took it a little slower today, just to give myself a break. 7 mph then entire run.
