Weighed in today at 192. Can't seem to break past that number. Its partly my fault. I've been eating like crap the past few days. Yesterday I bought donuts and donut holes for the kids for breakfast, but raided them last night. I had about ten donut holes and a small powdered donut. This morning another small donut, and then this evening I made chili caserole for the kids. That consists of two cans of chili topped with grated cheese and then two boxes of corn muffin mix. You bake it till the corn muffin mix is golden brown. I'm sure that contained a fair amount of carbs. But otherwise I've been pretty good today and my calorie count is right on the money. With my run I should be okay. I'm gonna watch the diet more closely the rest of the week, and I'll see if I can't break into the 180s by weeks end.
