I weighed in today back at 192. I figured I would. Today's run was again the best ever. It just goes to prove a few carbs during they day can most definately be beneficial to running. I completed the first two miles in 16:04 which would score me 79 on the APFT chart. Rembmer 70 is a passing score. So I did pretty damn good if I do say so myself. I'm really proud of my progress to date.
