Weighed in today at 191. One pound down. Woo hoo. I cheated badly today however during dinner. Had a regular wendy's meal with fries and a twisted cookie dough frostie to boot. But I will tell you the run was much more enjoyable today than yesterday. The carbs did good for me. Tonight I do back and biceps. I bought some Creatine at the store today upon a recommendation from a weight lifting friend from work. He says using it will help me bulk up quicker. I'm all for trying it. We shall see how well it works.
