WOW =). Alright I can tell you I cheated a bit on my diet today. I had a small kit kat bar (the kind you put in kids trick or treat bags) and a small bag of cheetos, as well as some Spanish rice with dinner. But I kicked but in the run tonight. It makes up for my missing my run yesterday and for my indiscretions today. What is more I passed the APFT standards for my first two miles of the run. I'm officially in good shape now. Just got to lose some of my body fat percentage and I'm happy.
