5 Miles --> 44:45

It was a bit slow tonight but still better than 9 minute miles. I didn't want to push it too hard tonight because my thigh muscle was really very sore after last nights H.I.I.T. run. I weighed in today at 191 and it probably doesn't help that I had lunch at the chinese buffet today. Thats why I felt compelled to run the whole 5 tonight. I will skip my weights tonight and do them tomorrow.
