5 miles --> 42:00

Weighed in today at 192. Thats what I get for eating a pint of ice cream and having a few beers, on top of taking the night off from exercise. Well today I was pretty good. Very good in fact until dinner. A friend was telling me about having pizza for dinner last night and I couldn't resist myself. I picked up a frozen pizza for dinner and between myself and the kids we wiped it out. Well tonight at least I ran, and I will be going down for weight lifting in just a few seconds. Tonights workout is for legs and shoulders. That should burn off those two slices of heaven that I devoured =)
