I was kickin it tonight. Just wanted to run and run. H.I.I.T. wasn't going to happen tonight as my legs were still quite sore from yesterday's H.I.I.T. session and the weights. So I decided to do a distance run and it just felt right. I weighed in at a very disappointing 191 this morning. Thats what I get for going so far astray on my diet. I did a little bit better today with the exception of some pie at the Cub scout picnic. (Okay maybe a few dorito's too =) )
