4.5 miles --> 40:00

weighed in today at 194. Nothing like yo yo weigh in-s. I did my triceps and chest tonight. I'm still finding it hard to do 3 sets of 10 reps for all the exercises listed. For instance, I can do 17 dips the first time, 10 the second and I can barely do 1 the third set. Also with my bench pressing, I do 125 lbs. the first set of 10 reps, then I have to back it off to 115, then down to 105. And I can do 3 sets of the medium incline bench presses, but only 1 set of the high incline rep and down at 105. I feel like I could do more if I trusted myself to do it without a spotter. The first set of tricep extensions I do like 35 lbs per arm. The second set down to 20 lbs. and the third set same 20lbs, but I can only do 8 reps. I had to back the weights down all the way to 65 lbs to do the decline bench presses and close grip incline presses in order not to feel really unsafe. I guess I'll work up to it. Tonight was encouraging because when I got done I did my measurements. My waist is down to 33.5 inch, and my biceps are measuring in at 15.25 inches. Of course that is while I'm still really pumped from lifting. I also have a new line of definition in my stomach. I think if I really work hard I can have a washboard stomach in the next two months. I was really careful on my diet today, but I'm gonna kick back and have a Michelob Ultra Lime Cactus as a reward. The only carbs I ate today were in a 1/4 cup of almonds, and some green beens with dinner. If you didn't figure it out I'm going back on induction for a week being that I've been cheating horribly on the diet the past few days.
