4 miles --> 36:00

I prove yet again that human memories are fragile. On Sunday Tina made the most marvelous chilli. I partook, an hour later I ran, and I felt miserable the whole time I ran. The chilli was much better going down the first time. So what do I do tonight... eat chilli an hour before my run. I also had a diet pepsi today. Soda (or pop as my fellow ohioans like to call it, or just coke for some =) always slows down my run and gives me cramps, which is why I drink it so rarely. All that being said I did weigh in today at 187 and stuck to my diet for day 3. I feel better than last week anyway.
