Good to start

So this past week I blew the diet a bit. I traveled to Pittsburg on Wednesday and it was a rough customer service day where everything just seemed to go wrong. I decided to satiate myself with food (Old habbits die hard) and ate at Arby's for dinner. I had the Turkey ranch and bacon wrap, and Jalapeneo poppers. More calories than I usually have for two meals. That night in the hotel I also ate two cookies, and some doritos from the vending machine. On the way home the next day I had a chicken sandwhich and left the bread on. All this and I didn't run Wednesday night. I hit the scale on Friday morning and it said 202. Arrrrg. This morning my suspicions proved correct though and i weighed in at 199. I think I was retaining water from eating all those carbs. I still did horribly this week and ended up with a net +1 pound. Instead of losing. So I'll have to knuckle under and really work to lose this week. Anyway I'll try to start posting my fitness workouts every night and list distance and time for my run, and what weights I did that night (if any). We'll see how this goes.
