5 miles --> 46:47

Very good run tonight. I didn't slow down until 4.33 miles. I could have done 6 tonight no doubt but decided to cut it short to leave something for my bicep and tricep workout. I'll be in ATL for the next 5 nights so I'll be doing what I can to fit my workouts in at the resort. Today I looked into some new fitness equipment. What I have does not have a lat pull down bar and I'd really love to have one. I'm torn between a multi machine at Dicks on clearance for $299 and a new bench with lat pull down bar from Play It again sports for $259. I'll mull it over before deciding. I had Tina try an elipitical machine at both places and it seems low impact enough not to bother her ankle so might pick one of those up too to give her more opportunity for low impact aerobics. Seems like she is interested and might follow through with the right equipment.
