5 miles --> 42:52

Not a bad run today. First time in weeks i was able to knock out 5 miles all at once. And it felt great. Took the past two days off. I trying to decide if I want to drop it down to running 4 days a week. I think my fitness level is such that it wouldn't really affect much if I focused on making the 5 miler my minimun distance on each day. And I'll be honest it would be so much easier to run on both week end days and then be able to pick just two week days to run on. Anyhow I digress. Now its off to do weights for legs and shoulders.
