Decent run tonight. It was a struggle though. I forgot how hard it is to be a distance runner while on the atkins diet. Protiens are not enough to give you the energy to run for long periods of time. That being said i should shed pounds pretty quickly. I also did weights for tricep and chest. however was only able to do 2 sets of everything. Probably from not doing it in a little over a week. I'll keep building back to where I was. No doubt
