4 Miles --> 31:41

A most awesome run. Less than 8 minute miles for the first time ever. It felt great. If I hadn't been on a weight lifting night I would have gone for 5 easy. But as it is I have back and biceps to go get working on. Weighed in today at 190. Keep see sawing between 188 and 190. We'll have to do something about that.
