Okay so I didn't run as far as normal. Ate dinner too late and it was weighing heavy on me during the run. Still not bad time. Weighed in at 187. I skipped yesterday's workout because of a late night at praise and worship rehearsal at church. So tonight I'm heading down stairs for my back and bicep workout.
