5 Miles --> ???
Went running in the neighborhood tonight and did the 5.2 mile trek. Don't know how quick i did it, but I was tracking pretty well, so I suppose it was less than 42 minutes. Now off to do weights for tricep and chest. Didnt get my full workout last week in those areas cause a friend needed to talk and I was only about halfway into the workout. So I'll really push it tonight.
