5 Miles --> ???
Ran in the neighborhood today, it was raining a slow steady rain and I love running in the rain. It keeps you cool and it is very peaceful. So I did the 5.2 mile track in decent time. Then came home and did my weight lifting for triceps and chest. My arms now are at 15.75" just after a workout. Getting very close to my original 16" goal. Just gotta keep plugging away. I think I'd rather have 16.5" arms resting.
